Reduce your plan to writing...
the moment you complete this...
you will have definitely given concrete form
to the intangible desire...
.....Napoleon Hill
Today I scrapbooked...
stitched... inked... glued... stenciled and stamped...
all because I stumbled across this photo...
taken last year of my two little grand daughter's...
holding hands and walking along the beach...
they so often hold hands when they are together...
and I loved that this photo captured that...
they may be cousins...
but they are also the very best of friends...
and so I decided then and there...
to scrap those memories...
and include them
on the journaling card tucked under the photo mat...
It felt really good to scrapbook again...
it is something I hope to do a lot more of this year...
and...
I was excited too...
to have had one of my layouts
published in this month's Scrapbooking Memories magazine...
was lovely to see it in print...
well... my friends...
I wish you all a wonderful weekend...
and hope it is both creative and fun...

Beautiful pages. How precious it is that your GDs are good friends. I just emailed a reply to your comment on my blog about leaving things behind and didn't want to remind myself of how much I'll miss my granddaughters, so it was rather abrupt..but then came here and had to tell you ... they are what I'm really mourning. I will come back to see them often but it just won't be the same as annie! grandma living upstairs.
